SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Destinations The Sapphire Boutique ships to customers throughout the United States.
Processing and Shipping Times Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): FREE on orders $50 or more, otherwise $5.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
Lost or Missing Packages If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at thesapphire.boutique1@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and investigate the issue. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
For packages that show no tracking updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order All shipments include tracking numbers. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
